The Human Resource Management module or the
HRM Information System presents the support for
all important human resource processes in the company.

HRM processes are all processes needed for efficient employee
management in the company and all communication with the
environment and stakeholders.

The basis is formed on whole and quality worker data. The HRM application is composed of the following modules:

Organization

The Organization module supports the managment of basic information about the company and its organizational structure. It is composed of the following sub-modules:

Human Resources

The Human Resources module is the center part of the system and is used for management of all information regarding employees and their participation in the company. It is composed of the following sub-modules:

Employee development

The Employee development module supports the management of current and planned formal and operational knowledge and competencies of employees, as well as planning and execution of qualifications and educational seminars important for the company. It is composed of the following sub-modules:

Acquired knowledge | Planning of functional education | Execution of functional education | Catalogue of functional education
 
Reports

The purpose is to present quality results based on input data of the individual modules of the application. All print outs are made with parameter forms, where we define the scope of chosen data. It is composed of the following modules:

Organization Print out | Personal Folder Print out | Employee Development Print out | Contracts and annex | Forms
 

Human Resource Management System is integrated and interconnected with other information systems, for example the Salaries system, which enables more efficient workflow and disables task duplication. The application administration is simple, it has a centralised installation, distribution and maintenance.

Advantages

The Human Resource Management Module is an integrated software module used for human resource management in the company, including human resource records and processes management.

It enables input of all relevant data and provides a wide range of possible reviews and statistical analyses that can be printed on local or network printers.
