As a third organization in Slovenia, being registered as a software developer, Development Center IRC achieved its ISO 9001:1994/TickIT registration back in 1999. In 2002 and 2003 "IRC ISO9001:2000" internal project was implemented in order to assure a smooth transition from ISO 9001:1994 certified quality system to the new ISO 9001:2000/TickIT compatible quality management system.

TickIT Guide, Issues 5.0 was implemented as a guideline, and standard development process was upgraded, using ISO/IEC 12207:1995 and ISO/IEC TR 15504-1:1998 reference model for more transparent and consistent definition of primary, supporting and organizational processes.

QMS Scope of Application (Supply) is described in Quality manual as follows:

"Projects, product based technological solutions and consulting in the field of business informatics and information technology for banks, manufacturing industries, and state/public authorities and infrastructure; including user training, servicing and help desks".
